Based on consumer insights that indicated that consumers prefer to see products on real people vs. models, we set out to bring User Generated Content (UGC) to Nike.com

For Holiday 2017 we managed to do this for 200 products as the initial rollout, with the plan to expand this to 3000 products over time.

I was responsible for leading the project from a nike.com brand perspective creating content guidelines and ensuring copy, imagery and user experience were all exceptional.
